Satya Karri, Ph.D. takes role as Director of Laboratory Services at ViVitro Labs
September 22, 2010 (Victoria, B.C.) – ViVitro Labs Inc. is very pleased to announce that Satya Karri, Ph.D. has accepted the role of Laboratory Director effective immediately.
With extensive experience in cardiovascular hemodynamic research Satya brings a wealth of biomedical and mechanical engineering knowledge. Satya received a Doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Satya has numerous publications in the area of advanced experimental hemodynamic and computational fluid dynamics of medical devices. Satya developed a state of the art flow diagnostics laboratory at James Madison University as a Post Doctoral Research Associate and previously spent five years as a graduate research assistant at the acclaimed AEThER – Advanced Experimental Thermofluid Engineering Research Lab in Blacksburg, VA.
