Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. We provide installation and training to any location. To ensure your product is properly installed and meets your expectation, it is recommended that we install the system and conduct a complete training session. This not only provides you with assurance for proper operation, it also helps you to start testing immediately.

Training Courses

ViVitro Labs offers a 2 day product training course that is available either at the client’s facility or at the ViVitro factory in Victoria, BC, Canada. Each training course will cover the essentials of the system including: Assembly and Setup, Running the system, Collecting Data, Cleaning and Maintenance. Courses can be customized to suit the client’s requirements. Class size is typically limited to 5 people to ensure adequate hands on time.  Download Training Brochure

System Qualification

ViVitro Labs offers a 2 day system qualification at the client’s facility. This covers initial installation, operational and / or performance qualification. Download System Qualification Brochure

Included in this service are:

Installation Qualification
  • Conformance certificate – safety and emissions
  • Calibration and maintenance schedules
  • List of compatible test and cleaning solutions
  • Review of lab facilities
Operational Qualification
  • Leakage test
  • Ensure client has test protocols
  • Functional Test
  • Calibration test
  • User training sign-off
Performance Qualification
  • Test against ISO 5840 requirements for accuracy and range
  • Includes testing the accuracy of flow, pressure and drive outputs
