Director of Laboratory Services, Satya Karri PhD, has dedicated his career to understanding and demonstrating sound product development and manufacturing methods, quality systems, research skills and a thorough command of regulatory compliance issues.
Satya Karri, Ph.D. comes to ViVitro labs with extensive experience in cardiovascular research, and is equipped with a wealth of biomedical and mechanical engineering knowledge. After receiving a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Satya spent five years as a graduate research assistant at the acclaimed AEThER – Advanced Experimental Thermofluid Engineering Research Lab in Blacksburg, Virginia. He later developed a state-of-the-art flow diagnostics laboratory at James Madison University as a Post Doctoral Research Associate.
Satya is well published in advanced fluid mechanics and finite element analysis of medical devices. A recognized authority in our industry, Satya’s expertise is rarely found outside the institutes of academia and represents a significant benefit to ViVitro Lab clients.
