Flow Loop System for Embolization Coil Migration Testing – Femoral Bifurcation Anatomical Model

A client wanted a repeatable and standardized way of accessing dynamic device migration. This initially started as a feasibility study in the lab to understand the migration behavior more thoroughly.

Development started by collaboratively developing requirements and specifications. Then the test chamber and flow loop were designed along with a LabView User Interface. The tester was assembled onsite, along with a full IQ/OQ/PQ and onsite training.
