May I visit your facility to observe the testing?

There are many ways to interact with our engineers during testing:  By email during protocol development and report finalization, by video conference to address critical issues, during advance training and knowledge transfer, and potentially during laboratory visits.  We are always pleased to have clients work side by side with our engineers, especially when the device deployment sequence is complex or requires highly specific preparation steps. When required, your involvement in testing can be important as it could bring significant value to our team and streamline testing.  Our engineers will work with you and decide if your attendance is required for any specific tests.  Providing reliable data is our mission.  Because there are many steps to process during testing, our engineers seek to remain efficient and concentrated during testing by minimizing potential distractions that could impair the outcome of the test. Therefore for those reasons, we normally discourage laboratory visits that are just aimed at observing tests.  Please contact your local representative to discuss your needs to attend a test.
